Nearly independent already!
According to the BBC, Scotland is to be largely exempt from Broon's flag waving exercises. If the Union Flag only flies from UK Government buildings, that's going to look gloriously Imperial...
"Nearly independent already" - what utter claptrap! Jack Straw gave the Scottish Exec buildings the exemption - not the other way round! Shows where the real power lies, don't you think?
