Council Tax -
Is it just me, or does it seem obvious that Councils might not want to put up Council Tax before an election?

They seem to think that by not putting it up this year people will somehow forget the increases of every other year.
It's up to us to ensure they don't!
Didn't Labour say that freezing Council Tax rates would be a bad thing?
I await a statement from Ministers comdemning Councils that aren't increasing the rate with bated breath.
Maybe we should all check to see if we really do have zips up the back of our heads. It would explain a lot about what this Executive gets away with...
