Response from Cameron House

Thought people might be interested in the response I received from Cameron House, to the letter I sent after this visit.

I'm not sure quite what to make of it!

He needs some English lessons for a start. What a wishy washy reply, they should have invited you back for lunch or afternoon tea at least. Notice how they blame it on their "young people" and make no mention of the need for policy and procedures to be put in place by the management.

Mmm, seems rather like a standard response. Nothing mentioned at all about plans for improvement. Actually, for a 5 star hotel, it's a poor reply.

Maybe drop them a wee note just saying the reaction you'd had when you posted both letters on your blog wasn't exactly favourable. :)

Auch I'm off to bed.

I'm not impressed at all by their response. The problems you experienced were not just down to the attitude of the people who dealt with you - their facilities are completely inadequate.

I would recommend writing back and offering to go out and show them how they could improve their facilities for nursing mums.
